Small but mighty! The food was so good! The scrambled eggs were fluffy and light. The bacon was perfectly crispy. The French toast was delicious. The wait staff was kind and attentive even though the place was slammed full of adoring customers. I would want a Jimmy T on every corner!

Delicious authentic diner! The folks who worked there were kind. It was a perfect little diner. I had the avocado BLT and hot chocolate and it was so good! My whole family loved it.

Been to Jimmy T's a few times now. Each time we've had great service and had a great meal at a very reasonable price. It's a classic greasy spoon diner interior. Great spot.

The food was so good I forgot to take a picture and after about 2 mins our plates were clean. There was a wait as only three people are working (their ass off ) and it was entirely worth it. Kyle was our waiter and he was super attentive as he waited on the entire place. Absolute nostalgia when we entered the restaurant. Highly recommended

I give this place 5 stars. I love old school diners. Family run since the late 60s. Has some charm and character. Family working hard to deliver great food and service. Cash only and be ready to wait a few minutes if busy. If you are wanting a fine dining experience move on. Glad I found this place and hopefully will come back again.

Solid breakfast at a great price. Definitely a no frills place but it's worth a try if you're in the Capitol Hill neighborhood. I visited on a rainy Saturday around 1pm and there was a steady stream of customers. I ordered the egg, pancake, and sausage plate for $7.95 I think! It was good. I would definitely go back.

This was my first visit to this friendly neighborhood cafe. Interior had vintage vibe with ceiling tiles and formica tables. Arrive early (before 9am to not wait for a seat) and bring cash! I recommend the corned beef hash and over easy eggs were perfectly cooked. We also enjoyed the classic biscuits and gravy. Tried the pancakes and waffles and will come back for the french toast and lunch fare. Thanks for starting our day right with a pleasant, filling meal.
